Every parent’s worst nightmare is seeing their child get hurt. For every dancer, getting hurt seems like the end of all days.

Participating in dance means knowing how to navigate through your training without overworking your body. The stress of becoming great so quickly is what drives a lot of dancers to getting injured. Liz is going to explain why the foundational work of a dancer should be a priority.
